Law Enforcement Towing
Wayne’s Towing is proud to be an approved wrecker service contracted with various police agencies in the area. Police agencies utilize a strict rotation list of wrecker regulations when it is needed for a wrecker service to tow or remove abandoned, damaged, disabled, or wrecked motor vehicles from the highways of the state and accident scenes.
Our team operates with speed, professionalism, and full compliance with all local and state regulations. We coordinate closely with agencies to ensure secure transport and proper documentation for every impounded vehicle.
Private Property Impounds
We are contracted with property managers, business owners, and HOAs to enforce parking regulations and maintain order on private property. All private property impounds are carried out in strict accordance with South Carolina and Georgia towing laws, ensuring both property owners and vehicle owners are treated fairly and lawfully. Wayne’s Towing does not perform repossessions.
